Our experience includes rehabilitation of historic, aging, and neglected structures, updating to more modern code requirements, selective demolition and conversion of uses. Design decisions are made to highlight the building’s best features and building systems are selected to preserve the integrity of existing facades and fenestration. Hudson works closely with the contractor to ensure the safe and effective sequencing of demolition and construction to maintain the structural integrity of the building.
