Public-Private Partnerships

Hudson frequently partners with public agencies to undertake projects that achieve broader public goals. Such projects present unique challenges including undeveloped infrastructure, unusual legal requirements, discretionary approvals, phasing of multiple buildings and uses, utilization of a variety of public and private financing sources,  and a high degree of community review,  input and approval. Hudson has often gone the extra mile  to demonstrate the flexibility and determination necessary to successfully surmount unusual challenges. Many of Hudson’s principals and staff have worked in the public  sector  which supports Hudson’s ability to understand the needs and goals of its public partners and collaborate effectively to  achieve them.
