Born and raised in The Bronx, Marc comes to Hudson with a unique and rich experience in Asset Management. Prior to joining the Team, he spent his early career working for various NYC-based, non-profit affordable housing developers. This helped him realize his passion for Asset Management, specifically in affordable housing. At Hudson, Marc manages the company's stabilized affordable housing portfolio. He holds a BA in Environmental Studies from NYU and Master of Urban Planning from NYU Wagner. When Marc is not trying to convince others to love Asset Management, he is either tending to his (many) plants or filming travel videos.
