Alex is a native New Yorker, a licensed architect, and dedicated to the belief that great design adds value. Prior to joining Hudson in 2021, Alex founded and led his own architecture/development firm in the creation of multifamily condominiums in Brooklyn and Manhattan for 15 years. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Real Estate Development program at Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, and has spoken about the intersection of design and development at the Yale School of Architecture, Harvard's Graduate School of Design, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and the national convention of the American Institute of Architects. Alex received a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and an Master of Architecture from Yale School of Architecture. Alex is a devoted gearhead and when he’s not creating buildings you’ll find him rock climbing, traveling, and exploring the city with his family.
