Modern Apartments for Middle Income New Yorkers - The Only Thing Missing is You
The Clark is a 170-unit mixed income building located at the corner of Clarkson and Nostrand in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Situated a block from two of Brooklyn’s largest employers, Kings County Hospital and SUNY Downstate, the property was developed with the goal of providing workforce housing on land previously occupied by vacant warehouses. Through the Affordable New York program, the development has set aside 30% of the apartments to be exclusively available to households earning 100-130% of AMI, thereby ensuring middle income affordability for the long-term. All residents have access to the building’s first class amenities including an attended lobby, fitness center and yoga room, dog run and washing station, quiet coworking space, party lounge, rooftop terrace with grills, and private garden plots. The building also has 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail, bringing vitality and services to an important neighborhood intersection.
