Contemporary Loft-Style Condos in Bushwick

The Knick is a loft-style condominium building with 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. Long vacant, Hudson partnered with the prior owners of the buildings to completely renovate the four-story structure. In addition to the gut renovation, a new penthouse was added and all apartments were fitted with high quality energy efficient materials. The carefully restored building preserves the historic character of the exterior while creating 49 contemporary residences inside.
