Boutique Living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

House No. 94 is a boutique development in Williamsburg designed to contrast the supersized developments along the waterfront. From the unique TAKTL façade to the lush outdoor space covering nearly the entire footprint of the building’s rooftops, every detail was considered at House No. 94. The building features 75 residences across two towers, twenty percent of which were set aside for low income households as part of HPD’s Inclusionary Housing program. The small community of residents at House No. 94 has access to the building’s carefully curated amenities including the Living Room, a lounge with a pool table and kitchenette, the Front Hall, the building’s sweeping mailroom with a custom mural by Brooklyn artist Paul Catalanotto, and the North and South Patios, rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens, private garden plots, and areas for sunbathing and relaxing.
