A Contextual Apartment Building in Bustling Manhattan
The Clinton is a residential rental building in Hell’s Kitchen. Steps from a thriving arts and culture district, the seven-story building with a varied facade was designed to fit seamlessly in the neighborhood of historic low-rise buildings. The Clinton contains 109 units that are a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Residents of the building have access to a 24-hour attended lobby, a fitness center and a landscaped rear courtyard. Twenty-percent of the apartments are reserved for low-income households.
