Housing for Staten Island’s Most Vulnerable Residents

In a joint venture with esteemed Staten Island non-profit Project Hospitality, Hudson is developing a new 48-unit building in the Port Richmond neighborhood on the North Shore of Staten Island. The new building will contain 31 permanent supportive units, 16 affordable units affordable to households earning up to 60% of AMI and one unit for the building super. Project Hospitality will provide on-site supportive services for all residents and will also operate the new ground floor community center. Residents will have access to a landscaped terrace with garden plots, lounge, computer room, and library. The project received financing through HPD's Supportive Housing Loan Program, Low Income Housing Tax Credits from HPD syndicated by Richman Housing Resources, construction debt from JP Morgan Chase and permanent financing from Merchants Bank.
