Lisa Management was established in 1997 to manage properties developed by Hudson. Today Lisa’s portfolio consists of over 2,000 units and is a mix of rental, condominium, and cooperative apartment buildings as well as over 100 neighborhood retail spaces. Lisa also provides lease-up for market-rate residential units and on-going leasing for market-rate and affordable residential properties.
Among properties in Lisa’s portfolio are The Clinton, a 109-unit 80/20 in Hell’s Kitchen (managed since 2003); Cobble Hill Towers, a 188-unit historic apartment complex of 8 buildings in Cobble Hill with both rent stabilized tenants and condo owners (managed since 2008); The Parkline, a 254-unit 80/20 in Prospect Lefferts Gardens (managed since 2016); the BEC I and II portfolio of 762 affordable preservation units throughout Brooklyn (managed since 2015), and 100,000 square feet of neighborhood retail along Main Street on Roosevelt Island (managed since 2015).
