310 Clarkson Avenue will be a 170-unit, market rate rental located along the border of Brooklyn’s rapidly-changing Prospect Lefferts Garden neighborhood. The eight-story, block and plank building will contain amenities such as a large roof terrace with outdoor dining, an indoor/outdoor lounge, a gym with a separate yoga room, on-site parking, private storage, and a dog run. Spacious and modern apartments, ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, will all feature upscale finishes including hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central heating and cooling systems, and in-unit washer/dryers.

Jonathan Kirschenfeld Architects designed the building to feature a recessed window-wall at the corner of Nostrand and Clarkson Avenues, and glass storefronts to activate the streetscape. With a focus on sustainability, the project is anticipated to meet Energy Star, NYSERDA and LEED Silver certifications.

310 Clarkson will be just one block from the 2 and 5 express subway trains at Winthrop Street Station, with B and Q trains also a short walk away. Additionally, Brooklyn’s new Select Bus Service, running express from Sheepshead Bay to Williamsburg, will stop directly in front of the property. Residents will enjoy easy access to the green space and amenities provided by Prospect Park, four blocks to the west of the building, and to the major employment centers of Kings County Hospital and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, just one block east of the project.

Construction completion is anticipated in Spring 2018.
